Baby Headbands

I am obsessed with making headbands for my baby girl Felicity. They are so quick and easy to make, so I thought I would pass on the obsession....

Supplies Needed:
Ribbon
Decorative Accents
Little Elastics
Hot Glue Gun
Measuring Tape

1. Measure your baby's head. Add 1" to the length and cut the ribbon to this measurement.
2. Put one end of the ribbon through the elastic and hot glue it onto itself. Then repeat with other ribbon end.
3. Make a ribbon bow, or add accessories to the middle of the headband. I like to use scrapbook supplies, buttons and jewels.

That's it! So easy, but so cute!
I like to make one to match her dress every Sunday.

Al,

Those are so cute and simple. I have been looking around for a simple headband that does not have an 8 inch flower blossoming out the front, and attached to some gaudy lace band.

Thanks for the tips. And I love your fabric line. Perfect for little girl blankets! :) I adore your ruffle quilt pattern. Too bad my sewing skills can't rise to the challenge.

Alison,

I love these, I actually could make them - which is saying a lot for how simple they are... I posted one on the Goatesherd - you should check it out
